payment policies

Currently, Red Stick accepts Credit Cards through PayPal, Money Orders, Checks, and Wire Transfers as forms of payment. All Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers must be made out to: Red Stick Glass Interiors. If you prefer to use an Escrow Service for higher priced items, we will be happy to do that. fees & taxes


Because Red Stick is an Arizona based operation, all Arizona residents will be charged 6.3% for Arizona Sales Tax. Sales Tax will also be applied if the final "ship to" destination is in Arizona. Residents outside of Arizona are exempt from this tax. Red Stick clients pay all shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise noted.


shipping & handling


Red Stick ships both domestically and internationally usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. For pieces that require Custom packaging, shipments may be delayed a few days. For specifics refer to Delivery section of this page. Domestic Shipments are shipped via UPS of FedEx Ground, unless requested to do otherwise by a client. Delivery Services via "ground" provide a delivery window of approximately 2-5 days depending on the final destination. International Shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska vary in fees and restrictions depending on the "ship to" country; in addition, the fees can be quite expensive...so potential clientele who want to ship abroad should contact Red Stick directly at shipping@redstickglass.com before buying. We will try and accommodate you by shipping via USPS (the United States Postal Service) to lower International costs and fees.

We will not combine items into one package for shipping. Our products are packaged when they arrive from Italy and in order to maintain our policy of shipping immediately upon payment, re-packaging is not plausible. Insurance is INCLUDED in all quoted S&H fees for all buyers. If a piece is damaged due to shipping, Red Stick will refund the buyer when they are assured by the shipping company that the damage was caused through shipping and nothing else. NOTE: Occasionally it may be necessary to ship a heavy and/or long piece in Custom packaging as previously noted. If this is the case, all cost associated with new packaging will be passed along to you, our client.

NOTE: We strongly suggest against using USPS (the United States Postal Service) for International shipments. Although they are substantially cheaper, they are also notorious for their ability to lose packages and to delay in providing refunds, even to those who purchase insurance. Moreover, unless shipped via their Express Service, a Tracking Number is not provided, so in essence, if a package is shipped via USPS, unfortunately it will arrive when it arrives and there is nothing we can do on our end to track it for you. Because of this, Red Stick will not be responsible for lost packages and WILL NOT provide refunds until USPS provides us our refund or finds the missing package.

Items will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment, (unless otherwise noted) thus benefiting us and our clientele. If receipt of payment is made a weekend, your order will ship the following Monday, barring a Holiday.

Red Stick offers an unconditional 100% money back guarantee to all of its clientele, any time, any where, any place. Buyers Remorse can "set in" like many other diseases and we want to help cure that disease. However, because there many many many many scam artists, thieves, "nut-bags" out there, we have to set a certain criteria to the
"100% GUARANTEED…THAT’S IT!" policy and they are:
1) If you're not happy with your Art Glass within 3 days after you receive it, simply return it in its original condition and we'll promptly refund your purchase price. No shipping and handling charges will be refunded at anytime unless specified prior to purchase or if the item was shipped to the wrong address by Red Stick and the fault lies with us. In addition, Red Stick will not pay for the return shipment. Simply not being happy with the piece should not cost Red Stick money, heck, we don't have much margin room to begin with.
2) After the 3 day window for a cash refund passes, you may still return the piece, it's original condition, and we will give you a credit for the original purchase amount that can be spent on any piece that we have. Or you can apply those monies towards a custom-made piece...the choice is yours. And keep in mind that this is for eternity, even after we sell the company for a billion dollars.

NOTE: If your purchase happens to be via an Auction site such as eBay, Overstock, Amazon, or Yahoo,  we will deduct Listing Fees and Final Value Fees that are associated with that sale. These fees can range from $2.00 up to $40.00. For example, if a piece sells on eBay for $656.00 and was listed as a Featured Plus Listing, we will deduct $20.65 for the listing and $18.67 for the Final Value Fee, both of which are charged by eBay.

Red Stick doesn't make a dime on these fees; both are eBay costs. so make sure your purchase is something that you want and not simply something you just want to "check out" and send back if you aren't as happy as you want to be, I.e., although we are the Doctor trying to cure your "Buyers Remorse", you still have to pay for the Doctor's visit.
